This Content Policy outlines what types of content are permitted and prohibited when using FluxImageGen. Our goal is to provide a creative tool that is safe, respectful, and beneficial for all users while preventing misuse.
2. Prohibited Content
You may NOT use FluxImageGen to generate:
2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors. This includes animated, stylized, or AI-generated content. Zero tolerance policy applies.
2.2 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery
Deepfakes or sexually explicit images of real people without their consent. This includes celebrities, public figures, and private individuals.
2.3 Violence and Gore
Extremely graphic violence, torture, mutilation, or content that glorifies violence against individuals or groups.
2.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
2.5 Terrorism and Extremism
Content that promotes, supports, or glorifies terrorist organizations, extremist ideologies, or acts of terrorism.
2.6 Illegal Activities
Content that promotes or provides instructions for illegal activities, including drug manufacturing, weapons creation, or fraud.
2.7 Misinformation and Deception
Deliberately creating fake news, fraudulent documents, or deceptive content intended to mislead people about real-world events or individuals.
2.8 Intellectual Property Violations
Content that deliberately infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. This includes unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted characters or brand logos.
3. Permitted Content
You MAY use FluxImageGen to generate:
- Original artwork and creative illustrations in any style
- Landscapes, nature scenes, and abstract art
- Fictional characters and original character designs
- Product concepts and design mockups
- Architecture and interior design visualizations
- Fantasy and science fiction scenes
- Educational illustrations and diagrams
- Personal projects and creative exploration
- Commercial projects (subject to our Terms of Service)
4. Sensitive Content Guidelines
Some content requires extra consideration:
Artistic Nudity
Artistic nudity in the style of classical art may be permitted. However, sexually explicit content is prohibited.
Real People
Creating images of real people is discouraged. If you do, ensure the content is respectful, non-sexual, and does not misrepresent the individual.
Historical and Educational Content
Historical depictions for educational purposes may include sensitive subjects. Context and intent matter.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content generated through our Service that violates this policy, please report it to report@fluximagegen.com with relevant details. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this Content Policy may result in:
- Immediate blocking of the offending content
- Temporary or permanent IP address bans
- Reporting to law enforcement for serious violations
- Cooperation with legal authorities as required by law

We may update this Content Policy periodically to address new concerns or clarify existing guidelines. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
