1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FluxImageGen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FluxImageGen is a free AI-powered image generation tool that allows users to create images from text descriptions using the Flux AI model. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. Usage Limits

  • Free users are limited to 5 image generations per day per IP address
  • Daily limits reset at midnight UTC
  • We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time without notice
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in permanent IP bans

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people
  • Generate content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
  • Produce content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
  • Create content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination
  • Generate spam or misleading content at scale
  • Attempt to bypass content filters or rate limits
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Generated Images

Subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you retain rights to images you generate through the Service. However, similar images may be generated by other users using similar prompts.

5.2 Service Content

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains the property of FluxImageGen and its licensors. The Flux AI model is developed by Black Forest Labs.

5.3 Prompt Rights

You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your prompts for the purpose of generating images and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your prompts.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUXIMAGEGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FluxImageGen and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FluxImageGen operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
